Bedworth's exciting  'health and fitness' fitness gym has just been extended! The state of the art fitness suite, multi function dance studio, crèche, consultation and meeting rooms, and changing facilities, including disabled changing have just been extended to also include a ladies only gym.

The brand new air resistance ladies only area at Bedworth Leisure Centre offers a calm, friendly social training experience.

Bedworth Leisure Centre is an Inclusive Fitness Facility.

The Inclusive Fitness Initiative (IFI) is a Sport England Lottery Funded project that supports fitness facilities to become inclusive, catering for the needs of disabled and non-disabled people alike.

Inclusive fitness facilities make developments in access, fitness equipment, staff training, marketing strategies and sports development, ensuring that fitness is accessible for all.

This year Nuneaton and Bedworth Leisure Trust have been shortlisted for an IFI Award 'Demonstrating Corporate Commitment'. The awards take place on Wednesday 10th December 2008 at the ICC in Birmingham.

Friendly, fully qualified Fitness Instructors are always on hand to assist or to advise on any queries you may have.

The above packages are available on an annual one off payment or by monthly direct debit. Annual payments for health & fitness packages offer even greater value for money. Annual payments of memberships are not refundable or transferable. Crèche, swimming pools, and the exercises classes are subject to availability.
