Pool Parties

The Pingles Leisure Centre, with its Leisure Pool, offers a party experience that is second to none. It's certain to make your child’s birthday an enjoyable experience they won’t forget.

We offer two types of Leisure Pool Parties these are:

- Exclusive Parties which ensures that your children have exclusive use of both the Leisure Pool and party room for the duration of the pool party.  These are available from 4.00pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

- Anytime Inclusive Parties are available at anytime that the pool is open to the public and the cafe facility is available.  The difference is that the swimming aspect of the party is in with the normal public session and no special arrangements are made for the party swimmers.  The party room after the swim is exclusive and the choice of food is the same.  The cost of the anytime party reflects the inclusive aspect of the pool party.

There is a minimum of 10 children and a maximum of 50.

Parties are charged on a per head basis and include.

• 1 hour’s use of the indoor leisure pool with all water features.
• 2 Qualified Lifeguards
• Party food from one of the menus
• Exclusive use of a room to sit and enjoy the food.

Pool Party Information

• Application for parties shall be submitted on the Party at the Pingles leaflet available from the Pingles Leisure Centre.
• A deposit of £10.00 must be submitted at the time of booking.  The deposit is not refundable.
• In the event of a cancellation, the hirer requires a minimum of 14 days notice.  Less than 14 days notice will result in full payment being requested.
• Full payment shall be made at least one week prior to the date of the party.  Please ensure you receive a receipt.
• NB Leisure Trust may cancel a party without prior notice.  In such circumstances the hirer shall be refunded the payment or offer an alternative.
• All lockers require a £1.00 coin (refundable) to operate them.
• Diving is not allowed in any part of the pool.
• Due to Health and Safety, during electrical storms the Leisure Pool and Outdoor Areas will be closed to all users, and alternatives will be made if possible on the day.
• The use of ANY photographic, video or image text messaging equipment is prohibited in any part of the building without the express written consent of the Centre Manager.
