Nuneaton & Bedworth Leisure Trust in partnership with Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council and Warwickshire Respect Yourself Campaign deliver an exciting project that by working with young people and their communities aim to assist in reducing the;
- Harming effects of Alcohol, Drug and Solvent Misuse.
- Anti - Social Behaviour and Nuisance Crime
- Teenage Conception Rate
- Sexually Transmitted Infections
How will we do this
The links will give an overview of how we do this and hwo to make contact with each specialist team that deliver to young people and the communities they live in to improve the quality of life for all those who live and work in Borough.
A skilled, qualified and experienced team ensure that the highest standards are delivered to all, through all the projects we provide.
Each individual within the team completes an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check and undergoes strict training in Safeguarding and Child Protection policies and procedures and all information is treated in the strictest confidence.
Relationship & Sex Education Team
We offer a 'clinic in a box' service distributing free condoms, offering pregnancy testing and Chlamydia screening in partnership with Health and the Local Authority, to young people in non clinical settings. We engage with young people regarding sexual health issues especially those not engaged in learning, young men and young parents.

Youth Inclusion Officer
To target priority wards wuth the aim of assisting in the reduction of alcohol, drug and solvent misuse and to assist in the reduction of nuisance crime and anti-social behaviour by working with and for the young people and communities.

Youth Contact Team
An early intervention approach with young people within target areas to assist in combating anti-social behaviour and nusiance crime. Empowerment of young people through their involvement with the project to provide personal development opportunities to enhance more socially acceptable behaviour.
