Get your children healthy and active and prepared to start the day. Our coaches will give fun and active enjoyment to help stimulate children to learn. Ball Handling, FUNdamentals of Movement, special awareness, agility balance and co-ordination and many more aspects are covered in these sessions.
These sessions give your children time to let off steam in a supervised fun and active way. The children are taught all basic multi skills in line with all of our other sessions. A great way to prepare for the afternoon learning.
Once is school is finished this is a great way to play and have fun, we can deliver sport specific sessions and/or we can build upon the Multi Skills learnt at the other sessions.

IDS QUOTE
“The coaches planned to use the students to demonstrate activities if they felt a practice would be useful, they recognised individual tuition can also be used to positively focus a pupil. The physiotherapist and myself felt we could not offer any additional advice to the staff as their lessons was one of the best inclusive lessons we had seen in this academic year.
The lesson was staged to develop ball skills. This worked well for all pupils in the class and structured the skills for the student with the physical disability. His confidence was boosted by being able to achieve with his peers, the expectation was he would be able to fully participate and develop his individual skills."
