TAP - Shannon Kincade

Shannon took up Takwondo at the age of 9 and has been competing for about 7 years.

She was influenced to take up her sport by her cousing who told her how good it was, so Shannon went along and really enjoyed it so carried on.

During 2008/2009 Shannon medalled in two A class European competitions. She also won gold in the
British National championships and attended the national academy for Taekwondo in Manchester for
two weeks training. Overall she won 8 Gold medals, 5 Silver medals and 3 Bronze medals.
