Governing Document/Objectives
NBLT is a Company Limited by Guarantee and also a Registered Charity- No:1109970. The Memorandum and Articles of Association outlines the remit for NB Leisure Trust, identifies the range of activities and sets out the process for decision making, Board Meetings and the election of Trustees’.
NBLT has been established for public benefit primarily for the benefit of the people who live work or study in or visit the area of Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council (NBBC). The Objects for which the Company is established are: -
- To provide or assist in the provision of facilities and services for recreational, sporting or other leisure time occupation in the interests of social welfare to the public at large or to any section or sections of the public who may have need of such facilities and services by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disability or social and economic circumstances.
- To promote and preserve good health through community participation in healthy recreation.
Vision
The Trust recognises that our success is dependent on our ability to consistently supply our customers with high quality sustainable services that meets the needs within available resources.
More specifically the Trusts vision statement is about “improving the Quality of Life” for all who live within the Borough. We are therefore, dedicated to achieving continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
Mission Statement
The mission statement for the Trust is: -
