We value Customer Feedback extremely highly. If you have used any of our facilities, or have dealt with any of our projects or schemes and wish to comment on them, please follow the lines of communication stated in the Customer Charter.
Customer Charter
Your means of communication are:
- Inform an employee of your comment / suggestion at the time of visiting or using the service.
- If your able to put your feedback in writing then please complete one of the ‘Our Performance Counts’ leaflets and post in the box provided, or return it to reception or an employee.
- If you wish to forward an email about the service then please note the recipients name or facility and send it in the following format john.smith@nbleisuretrust.co.uk and we will respond to it directly.
- Alternatively, you may wish to use our Website and complete the ‘Our Customer Counts’ leaflet on-line and return to us.
- With regards to all written communication we will endeavour to respond to you within 5 working days of receiving your communication.
