An exciting new Vending machine has arrived at Bedworth Health & Fitness.

The new vendor offers healthy snacks and sports nutrition

• to help enable you to train harder and longer,
• to delay the onset of fatigue and
• promote optimal recovery and adaptation to your workouts.

You really ask a lot from your body when you play sport or workout. It‘s important that you eat the right foods to ensure that your energy levels are permanently topped up, any lost fluid is replaced and your body remains powerful. You should also bear in mind the importance of consuming high-quality sports nutrition products before and after exercising.

 

The food and drink consumed by athletes during training and competitions plays a key role in their performance — as does the timing of this fuel intake.
