An exciting new piece of fitness equipment has arrived at Bedworth Health & Fitness.
The much anticipated state-of-the-art 'Grappler' machine can now be found in the Fitness Suite at Bedworth Leisure Centre.
Fitness Instructor Stu Boyden said "The grappler is an awesome piece of kit that will really benefit our members."
The Grappler combines both cardiovascular and resistance to provide a great upper body workout. Initially designed for wheel-chair users the machine has a rope and pulley system that continues to roll freely simulating rope climbing.
