Volunteering is a great way to give something back to the community. By getting involved in volunteering you can use any skills or knowledge you ahve to help develop sport within the wider community.
Sports clubs are always seeking to engage with more people to increase the numbers of volunteers to help improve and develop their clubs. Traditional roles such as coaches and team managers are important but with more and more clubs looking at funding and wider media coverage other positions are needed to be filled.
Roles such as;
To volunteer at a club you no longer need to be a coach or all ready be involved with the club. Clubs wants and are looking to widen their appeal to all members of the community and want to engage with anyone who wants to give up their valuable time.
