Accessing activities for disabled people doesnt have to have barriers. There are many sports clubs and activities that are accessible and inclusive to all.

Fully Inclusive Activity Morning

Every Wednesday 10.30 - 12.00 

Bedworth Leisure Centre.

Assisted sessions including Boccia, Kurling, Football,Gym,Walking.                                                      £1.70 with activity pass £2.10 without. 

All adults welcome (over 14's welcome during school holidays) 

Come along and have a go.

Football

A fun football session for children aged 8-14 at Alderman Smith Sports Centre, every Friday evening 5.30 - 6.30. Supervised by an experienced level 2 football coach.

Swimming

Bedworth Leisure Centre and Pingles Leisure Centre are fully accessible. Please see the Link below for pool timetables and prices.

Walking 4 Health Scheme

Monday - Hill Top Active8 arts 1.00 meet
Tuesday - Riversley Park Museum, 10.30 meet 
Wednesday - Bedworth Leisure Centre, 10.30 meet at the Leisure Centre cafe.

These walks are fully paved and inclusive to disabled people.

Bedworth Health and Fitness Centre

Based at Bedworth Leisure Centre, the Health and Fitness Centre offers inclusive exercise classes and a fully inclusive gym facility with qualified gym instructors trained to work within an inclusive environment. The facility has Inclusive Fitness Initiative accreditation which highlights a quality of service.

Pingles Leisure Centre

The gym at Pingles Leisure Centre is now fully inclusive and has been successful in becoming accredited to the Inclusive Fitness Initiative (IFI).

Both Pingles and Bedworth Leisure Centres operate an Activity Buddy scheme which enables people with disabilities to access activities with the help and assistance of a 'buddy' who can help with the use of equipment as well as motivation and encouragement.
