Class Timetable

Enjoy a workout at the Jubilee in a fitness class to suit you. Professional qualified instructors, a superb sound system and radio head mic make our sessions an absolute must if you want to stay in shape. All classes are for both men and women of all ages.

Aerobics

A fun and energetic, high and low impact workout. Rhythmic exercises are performed to music aimed primarily at enhancing cardiovascular strength while also toning muscles and burning fat.

Yoga

Philosophical and physical discipline using various postures and controlled breathing to improve muscle flexibility and tone, circulation and calm the mind. Suitable for men and women of all fitness levels.

Tums & Bums

Low impact, lower body workout using body weight and hand-weights. Low complexity, suitable for all fitness levels. This class concentrates on the bottom and torso area, strengthening and toning the muscles whilst banishing those unwanted bits.

Circuit Training

A high - energy aerobic workout combined with weight resistance equipment in a series of stations. High intensity full body workout, covering every aspect of health related fitness. Excellent for those wishing to be pushed to the limit. A highly motivating and mentally challenging workout.

Stretch & Tone

A combined class. Aerobics, stretching and toning using bodyweight and hand-weights. A class designed for a whole body workout.

Cardio Kick

A high energy cardiovascular fitness programme to give you an intense and full body workout. Combining Boxercise, Tae Bo techniques and Aerobics, this session will have you fighting fit in no time.

Awesome Abs

New for 2010 - This class focusses on core stability and abdominal exercises. A great to way to get your stomach in shape for the summer.

Body Blitz

New for 2010 - A high intensity class aimed at intermediate and advanced users incorporating aerobics, weights and floor work to give you a full body workout.

50+ Aerobics

New for 2010 - A fun and friendly workout open to all levels of ability and experience offering an opportunity to socialise and exercise in a firndly welcoming atmosphere.
